I filed a claim for a busted pipe/flood with Foremost Insurance. They covered the cost of water remediation and tear down almost as soon as it was completed. When they were supplied the information they requested (bids, leases, etc) to submit for review and decision, the response was received within 48 hours with approval, and checks sent out within a week. Fletcher Anderson/Clemson Insurance is fantastic. We had been with the same insurance company for most of 20 years, and I had no idea that there were providers out there that offered phenomenal customer service.
I had never even spoken to our agent until he called me after we left. Fletcher answered my call on a Friday evening and immediately drove to view and photograph the property I had called about. He very quickly pulled together quotes (shopping around to find the best value) and even recorded a 12-minute video explaining the nuances we should consider when evaluating our options. He sent this, along with the quotes, and we were amazed at the time and attention he put into it.
Fletcher is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and acts as a partner to educate and empower clients to make their own decisions. We ended up with better coverage at lower rates and feel confident (for the first time) that we know what we have and that it's the right fit. He's been available ever since via text, phone, and email. We couldn't recommend him more and are only sorry that we waited so long to switch providers but are so glad he was recommended to us.
