Fletcher began his career in the insurance industry on January 1, 2006, and became an agency owner at just 24 years old on April 1, 2007. As a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), he enjoys the opportunity to long term relationships with customers while working every day alongside what he proudly calls a “Dream Team” of coworkers.

A graduate of Lexington High School and Clemson University’s Class of 2004, he spent five seasons as a place-kicker for the Clemson Tigers. Although he describes much of that time as “riding the bench,” he remains grateful for the experience and everything it taught him. He is also proud to have earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

He and his wife, Carrie, are the proud parents of four daughters. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time outdoors with friends, and working with his hands.

Giving back has always been important to him and the agency. As the business has grown, so has its support of the community, a commitment he looks forward to strengthening for many years to come.
