Thomas has called Clemson, South Carolina, home three different times throughout his adult life but the third time truly is the charm. Now firmly rooted in the community he loves, Thomas is proud to call Clemson home and is here to stay.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Clemson University in 2009. During his time at Clemson, Thomas was honored to serve as team captain of the 2009 Clemson football team. Following his collegiate career, Thomas spent five years in the NFL as a journeyman, playing for five different teams before returning to Clemson to serve as a graduate assistant while earning master’s degrees in both Athletic Leadership and Youth Development Leadership.

Thomas’s experiences as a player and coach have shaped the way he serves others today. He understands the importance of listening, building trust, and working alongside others to help achieve their goals. As a Personal Risk Advisor, Thomas is passionate about helping individuals and families find the right coverage to fit their lives.

Thomas and his wife, Margaret, are raising their four children in the Clemson community. Beyond the office, he is an active member of Clemson Presbyterian Church, serves as the offensive line coach at Daniel High School, and enjoys bringing people together by smoking meat for friends and family and for various community gatherings.
